It's the largest, multi-function tiered-seating theatre in Canberra, and can accommodate 2,478 guests in tiered seating and flat floor seating. The Royal Theatre can accommodate up to 3,378 guests in tiered seating and general admission. (749 square metres).

The Royal Theatre can host around 100 - 2460 attendees, this space can also be setup to suit the following event types. A flexible space that can be configured in dozens of ways. Standout features include a flat-floor section in front of the large stage, backstage support rooms and an audiovisual control room. Pillar free space offers clear line of site for delegates and speakers with ceiling height ranging from 4.6 to 9.1 metres. Capacity for concerts and events with Tiered Seating and General Admission (GA) is now 3378 guests in total.
