Who owns the National Convention Centre Canberra (NCCC)?
The NCCC is owned by the ACT Government and managed by IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group).
Where is Crowne Plaza Canberra?
The award-winning Crowne Plaza Canberra is a 2-minute walk from the NCCC. Walk up City Walk and access the hotel by way of the stairway on your right (opposite the newsagent).
How do I get a Taxi?
A taxi rank is located at the entrance and you can book a taxi direct using our free taxi phone or connecting directly with Uber.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes. The cloakroom is situated at reception.
Is there a day spa nearby?

Is there disabled access?
Yes. The National Convention Centre Canberra is a fully accessible venue, with ramps located on the Constitution Avenue and Glebe Park entrances to the building and disabled accessible lifts in the car park. All theatres and the Ballroom are accessible, as are amenities such as bathrooms. Read more.
How long does it take to get to the airport?
Getting to the airport by car takes as little as 15 minutes; 30 minutes at peak hour or when the traffic is heavy.
Where is the coach drop-off point?
There is a bus bay located on Coranderrk Street, less than a minute from the main entrance of NCCC.
Who supplies audio-visual services to the National Convention Centre Canberra?
Encore Event Technologies, a leading audio visual and event services company that has been creating unforgettable events for over 30 years. They have an office on-site at the NCCC.
Undercover car parking?
Yes. Convenient and secure parking is available underneath the National Convention Centre Canberra for 480 cars, with internal lift access from the top level. Car parking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days.
How do I buy tickets for a concert or event at the Royal Theatre?
You can buy tickets from Ticketek. Ticketek also operates a box office at the National Convention Centre Canberra during each concert. Contact Ticketek on 132 849 or visit their website www.ticketek.com.au

What are the opening hours?
The reception desk is open at all times during a conference or event. Opening hours are subject to events being held in the centre. On event days, the main reception desk is open from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
