In 2016 Trek returned to the National Convention Centre Canberra after a year on the international conference circuit.

“As Canberra is the cycle capital it was fitting we held our conference back at NCCC. It was as though we had never left, the staff were proficient and helpful with all our requests, particularly during the extensive bump in. The team were like a well-oiled machine no question was too hard and every response was professional, timely and polite.” said Gareth, Conference Organiser.

Exclusive access of the NCCC and use of the Bradman Theatrette and Gallery rooms ensured there were platforms for international speakers and cycle experts to deliberate the upcoming trends and technological advancements in the cycling realm.

“The standout transformation at the NCCC was the refurbishment – What a sensational backdrop to showcase the new technology and innovation of the world’s best bikes and gear from Trek. The Exhibition Hall is versatile and the right size for our exhibition, the bikes, fashion and merchandise looked fantastic in the exhibition space - there was even room for a coffee shop and kid’s area.” said Gareth.
